Celebrating the Transitus

The School Sisters of St. Francis hosted their Transitus service on October 3, 2019, in Our Lady of the Angels Chapel. This service is traditionally held on the eve of the Feast of St. Francis, which is observed on October 4. Prayers and songs commemorated the saint’s death anniversary. The Sisters welcomed residents, families and friends to join them for refreshments afterwards.
