Each month, our Residents can take part in an onsite Wellness Clinic, during which their blood pressure, weight, gait and posture are evaluated.
Marian Hall Residents participate in the Second-Floor Lounge starting at 8:30 a.m.
The clinic for Antonia Hall Residents begins at 10 a.m. in Room 307

Bookmobile Visit
Residents will have an opportunity to select new reading and listening material, courtesy of a visit from the Allegheny County Bookmobile, which will be onsite in the Marian Hall third-floor lounge at 11 a.m.

Bible Study
Sister Georgette Dublino visits Mt. Assisi Place each Tuesday to share scripture, music and reflection with our Residents who wish to deepen their spirituality. All are welcome.

Wii Bowling in Marian Hall
Things get pretty competitive when we gather in the Marian Hall Second-Floor Lounge each Wednesday afternoon for Wii Bowling. Residents use a motion-activated controller to play virtual games of bowling on our Wii video game system. Not only do we have a blast, but it’s also good exercise!

Spring Serenade
With the popularity of Sam Rice’s weekly Classical Music Appreciation sessions, he has added a special offering for spring. In these weekly Spring Serenade gatherings, Sam will introduce us to more mellow, impressionistic classical pieces. The music is both relaxing and nurturing for the brain. Please join us.

Jean Armany, daughter-in-law, of former Resident Alice Armany, will guide our Residents in making a special May-themed crafts project. We will gather at the right side of the Dining Room beginning at 11 a.m. on Sunday, May 4. All supplies will be provided.
