Seated Stretch

Our Residents start each Tuesday and Thursday morning with an invigorating 30-minute session of seated stretching. This gentle exercise is led by Karen and Elaine to help everyone keep moving as much as possible, of course, with personal limitations in mind. Join us for a great start to the day.
