Promoted to Supervisory Roles

Mt. Assisi Place is delighted to introduce Irene Oesterle as our new Director of Resident Care. With us since 2021, Irene brings to the position nearly 20 years of nursing experience, a compassionate bedside manner, and invaluable familiarity with our Residents. 

She will work alongside Diane Ott, administrator, to develop and execute care plans and ensure that our Residents receive the best possible care. Irene also will coordinate our team of Nurses, Med Techs and Resident Care Aides. Her email address is ioesterle@mtassisiplace.com.

In addition, Diana Xiong, an overnight med tech with us since 2015, has been promoted to Nighttime Supervisor. She will continue her third-shift duties in Resident care, as well as oversee our overnight caregivers. While most family members have never met Diana because of her schedule, she is very familiar with our Residents and care team and has demonstrated her dedication to providing quality care.
