St. Paddy’s Day Shenanigans

You should be green with envy over all the fun we had during our St. Paddy’s Party over lunch on March 13. In addition to live music by Irish folk singer Mike Arnold, our Residents reveled in a touch of green beer and themed cupcakes. Joanne Hutchison of Monarch Hospice led them in the Leprechaun Race, a fun game where each participant’s stuffed leprechaun advanced on the race course as they rolled giant, soft dice. Enthusiastic volunteer Sam Rice did not disappoint either, as he contributed to the shenanigans by dressing in full Irish garb. Wishing a safe and happy St. Patrick’s Day to all of you from all of us here at Mt. Assisi Place!
