Ein Prosit der Gemütlichkeit!
A Toast to Comfort and Good Times
Fall and flavor were definitely in the air and on our plates during our 2025 Oktoberfest Celebration on September 26. This special lunchtime meal featured a pig roast, German beer, accordion music, and Bavarian specialties. The menu included roasted pork, baked chicken, potato pancakes, red cabbage, green beans with mustard sauce, and apple strudel. It’s one of our Residents’ favorite meals and festive days of the year. As with most celebrations at our place, a little polka dancing ensued, as well. Even a few family members stopped by to raise a glass with us. Thanks to John Marshall Catering for the extra effort to create a truly special meal and atmosphere.
