Spooky Season Shenanigans Stir Up Silliness & Smiles

October 30, 2025 — Our Residents enjoyed spooky music, silly accessories, and a few treats this Halloween, sharing their smiles with our staff and one another during our lunchtime celebration on October 30. Many were game for wearing fun hats, headbands and scarves to get into the fun spirit of the day. Elaine Chegas, a member of our activities team, came dressed as a belly dancer and played the part by entertaining everyone with a special dance. The extra scarves she brought lured a few others onto the dancefloor, as well. Our friends from Monarch Hospice added some friendly competition and a splash of color with a giant dice game and yummy cupcakes. The amount of fun we had was actually kind of frightening.
